Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using Site Bench, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Service Description

Site Bench provides website audits, site crawls, reports and related workflow tools. The service retrieves publicly accessible pages and produces automated observations, measurements and recommendations. Available checks may vary by plan, configuration, third-party availability and the page being analyzed.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only analyze websites you own or have permission to analyze
  • Not bypass crawl limits, access controls or security measures
  • Not submit private-network addresses, credentials or malicious payloads
  • Not overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service
  • Not use Site Bench for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity

Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us if you believe access has been compromised.

Your Content and Results

You retain your rights in the websites and materials you submit. You authorize Site Bench to retrieve, process and store the information necessary to provide requested audits and crawls. Reports are private by default, except when an audit owner explicitly creates a public share link.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, limits or integrations as the service evolves. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, infrastructure or third parties, or when these terms are violated.

Disclaimer

Site Bench provides automated observations and recommendations for informational purposes. Results may be incomplete, unavailable or context-dependent. You remain responsible for reviewing changes before deployment. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, accessibility compliance, security outcomes or inclusion in search or AI systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site Bench and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements or material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
