Information We Collect
When you use Site Bench, we collect:
- URLs and crawl settings you submit for analysis
- Account information such as your email address and display name
- Audit, crawl and report data generated while providing the service
- Technical logs, security events and basic usage information
How We Use Your Data
We use collected information to:
- Run requested audits and site crawls
- Store account history and display owned reports
- Protect the service, investigate failures and prevent abuse
- Improve reliability and communicate important service information
Submitted URLs and Reports
Site Bench retrieves publicly accessible pages at your request. Audit and crawl results are private to the authenticated account by default. An audit is made public only when its owner explicitly creates a share link. Site crawl results do not have a public sharing route.
Do not submit URLs containing credentials, private tokens or confidential information in the address itself. Site Bench does not provide authenticated or private-network crawling.
Service Providers
We may use infrastructure, authentication, analytics and analysis providers to operate Site Bench. They receive only the information needed to perform their services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Retention and Account Requests
We retain account and result data while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and records we must retain.
Data Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and report data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting secrets and should protect their account credentials.
